Symbiosis, Sickness, and Self-Healing

My final painting assignment, it's a diptych with each panel being 2'x3'. I am not a fan of oil paints so this is an accomplishment for me! The assignment was to compose a diptych showing a relationship.
I was pretty sick when I started this and when I finished ( a couple of weeks) and my initial concept had to do with the body's capability to heal itself.

It's in the Foundation students' show at Emily Carr that opens tonight!
